Happy birthday to :iconsaints-of-ravens:!  Have a 1920s inspired Cleo! I hope you like here.  I've actually been meaning to draw fanart for Cleo for a while now, since I love her design and figured this would be the perfect opportunity.  Originally I was going with a realistic 1920s outfit, since shorter hair was actually very in at the time, but somehow the design got away from me.
